Black Cat got buffed in the last balance patch, so it's time to see if we can fit her into a meta list.

The gameplan is simple. We have plugged Black Cat and Ghost Rider into the Sera Surfer deck shell to be able to give us some alternate lines of play. We have a web of synergies between the 3 cost cards who will all get buffed by Surfer, and the 4 cost cards who will all have their cost decreased by Zabu. Compounding our energy savings with Sera means we can have some truly explosive turns.
