Are You a Hostage? Amtrak Train Stuck for Over 30 Hours

Clay Travis and Buck Sexton debate the events that unfolded on an Amtrak train that was stuck for over 30 hours in South Carolina. Amtrak would not allow the passengers to leave despite the vast amount of time that the train was stuck. Passengers called the police and reported that they were being held hostage by Amtrak. This begs the question if you are stuck on a train and you are not allowed to leave, are you a hostage?
