India's ruling party tightens grip on Kashmir

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ruling BJP is hoping for a seismic shift in Jammu and Kashmir region in coming local elections. He's counting on the addition of up to a million mostly Hindu voters to the electoral roll as a result of scrapping Kashmir's special status.
