Philosophers like Aristotle and Plato have argued that fear is necessary for bravery. They argued that if you don’t experience fear, then you can’t be courageous since there is nothing to overcome. It’s only by facing your fears that you can truly demonstrate courage.

Courage isn't about being fearless; it's about doing something despite your fear!

There are a few occasions in a man’s life where he will need to face his fears. His decision will either make him or break him.
