The Cost of Obedience

Obedience is doing what you are told, despite what is right. Morality is doing what's right, despite what you are told. Parents, we can't demand compliance from our children and then magically expect them to stand up against tyrants as adults. There is nothing more immoral than obedience. And there is nothing more moral than the pursuit of wisdom.
