One of our families favorite Jewish holidays is Channukkah. It’s such a beautiful time to celebrate with family and friends. Of course there are delectable Treats involved.

Happy Hanukkah from our family to yours!

Donut Recipe:
~450gm Cottage Cheese
2 eggs
Pinch of Salt
3 tbsp Of Sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda mixed with 1 tsp vinegar
1 Cup Of Flour
Mix all ingredients to combine. Form balls and dredge in flour. Deep fry 2 minutes per side.

Latkes Recipe:
6 Idoho Potatoes
3 scallions
2-3 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
