Bitcoin went all the way upto $18,300 last night and is now retracing back to find support around $18k. It all depends on the CPI (inflation) monthly data being issues by the US Federal Reserve that will determine whether Bitcoin goes up next or drop back down to $17k again and possibly go lower.
Historically, higher inflation rates have been shown to push Bitcoin price higher.
In this video, I give you a quick snapshot of how Bitcoin price action over the past 7 years has been tied to the US inflation rate.
