Receta de Horchata!

1 cup long grain, white rice
1 ea whole cinnamon stick
2 cups hot water + 4 cups room temperature water
1 (12 oz) can of evaporated milk
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of whole milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (Mexican - preferred)
*You can add granulated white sugar if you want it sweeter
