And settle safely within.

Let the walls of your stillness protect you,

From the nightmares that are creeping in.

Let peace fill you up,

As you melt into this space.

As you watch the nightmares pass by,

At an easy, steady pace.

I know they seem scary,

These visions that swirl around.

But rest assured they’re not real,

Let them crumble to the ground.

Then come inside again,

As your breath slows you down.

Let your mind clear,

And your ears hear the sound.
