XRP Ripple CEO says that SEC is Withholding Evidence from the Lawsuit

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has accused the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of withholding evidence from their ongoing lawsuit. The SEC filed a lawsuit against Ripple in December 2020 alleging that their sale of XRP was an unregistered securities offering. Garlinghouse claims that the evidence being withheld would help clear Ripple's name.
