Nothing Contains All Things

This Universe is experiencing what astronomers are calling a rapid expansion and that the vacuum of space which encompasses all things is alive and generates a vibration. This opens many questions such as if this vacuum is generating vibrations and frequencies does this constitute "consciousness"? If yes then would this not be The Supreme of all consciousnesses?
