00:03:50 ~ Only 10 days in to the new year, we're already finding ways that Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour is doing the citizens dirty!

00:04:40 ~ Bilbrey is still waiting on the Mayor to improve COMMUNICATION, TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY & Slow Government Down!

00:08:10 ~ Who the Council President is doesn't really matter as long as the meetings run smoothly! Running meetings like they have sense, respect for their office & they represent the citizens to the best of their ability!

00:10:05 ~ One of the Mayor's closest confidants & Cheerleaders, Preston Cross, pointed his Crypt Keeper finger at Councilor Troy Ingram when he cast his vote for Councilor Jeff Robinson for President!

00:11:00 ~ Best part of the meeting was when Councilor Ingram pointed right back at him!

00:16:05 ~ The next issue: Ordinance 2-23 Appropriations for the Street Department!

00:18:55 ~ City Controller Craig Wright (a Mayor appointed Department Head) is up at the podium to speak on the Ordinance!

00:21:35 ~ Councilor Ingram then asks about the Street Dept adding 4 new jobs that seem to not have been CREATED BY THE COUNCIL! (4 "Working Foreman" positions).

00:30:55 ~ Councilor Ingram asks about take home vehicles (Councilor Aaron Clark cuts in to try and stop the line of questioning). Controller Wright said, "if the Dept Head said that, then they would be. But he can't really answer that!"

00:32:30 ~ Bilbrey wants to know if the Mayor or one of his Dept Heads brought an Ordinance before the Council asking to create the 4 "Working Foreman" Jobs? Bilbrey DOES NOT THINK SO!

00:34:55 ~ Muncie Salary Ordinance 49-21 from October 2021 setting the salaries for the year 2022! (NO "WORKING FOREMAN" POSITION LISTED!)

00:38:25 ~ Muncie Salary Ordinance 39-21 from October 2022 setting the salaries for the year 2023! (THE POSITION OF "WORKING FOREMAN" IS LISTED IN THE ORDINANCE @ $23.89 HOURLY!) The Council would have had to vote on it!
