House Republicans to Vote on Bill to Abolish IRS

House Republicans want to abolish the IRS and instead replace it with a consumption tax. first of all i had to look up what a consumtion tax was and i actually like the idea of keeping my whole paycheck and just spendinga little extra for goods and services.
