VLOG Riding The Storm Out

Riding the storm out, the first thing you need to figure out is what caused the storm, is it self inflected?

By this time the disciples had seen many miracles, “The Catch” and many people healed?

Mat 8:23 And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
Mat 8:24 And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
Mat 8:25 And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.
Mat 8:26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
Mat 8:27 But the men marveled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

The Disciples had nothing to worry about because God was in the boat with them.
They could have curled up in the back of the ship and went to sleep?

King Davis saw this a thousand years before it happened?
Psa 107:23 They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters;
Psa 107:24 These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep.
Psa 107:25 For he commands, and raises the stormy wind, which lifts up the waves thereof.
Psa 107:26 They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.
Psa 107:27 They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits' end.
Psa 107:28 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he brings them out of their distresses.
Psa 107:29 He makes the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.
Psa 107:30 Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he brings them unto their desired haven.

What they should have done was had enough faith to ride the storm out and see where the storm was taking them? But all they wanted was calm waters?

So Jesus gave them what they wanted, absolute calm, I can just imagine what they thought when they realized that now they had to get out the oars and go to work?

Sometimes it's better to ride the storm out and see where it takes you?

Don't take matters into your own hands, don't get out the ax and start breaking down doors that God has closed?
