BellX1 is an Irish rock band from Celbridge , formed in 1999 . The band consists of Paul Noonan , David Geraghty , Dominic Philips and Brian Crosby .

The band has released the four albums Niether Am I , Music in Mouth , Flock and "Blue Lights on the Runway". The guys in the band previously played together with singer/songwriter Damien Rice in the band Juniper . Together they wrote, among other things, the song " Volcano ", which can be found on both Damien Rice's album O and BellX1's album Neither Am I , although in different versions.

Brian Crosby has worked with Nina Persson from The Cardigans on The Cake Sale , a record produced in aid of Fair Trade . Persson sings the song " Black Winged Bird "
