Light exists within our bodies in the form of photon activity in the cells. Perhaps one of the reasons we dream in light and colour when our eyes are shut? Our ability also to use our inner eye, and to see things that come to us as images, thoughts and perceptions, is translated through a sense of awareness and clarity, both of oneself and of the wider world of consciousness that we are part of.
