It can be used to relax, sleep, practice yoga to, undertake tasks to, meditate with, or take you from one state to another. It uses the Throat chakra tone - 741Hz. Everything in the universe is created by and composed of energy, frequency and vibration.

The 5th Chakra connects to the thyroid, parathyroid, jaw, neck, mouth, tongue, and larynx. It is around the base of the neck, just above the Heart Chakra.
It extends from the heart chakra because it is connected to speaking truth, singing, calling, being heard, and being expressly yourself. It has been associated with self expression, where compassion and wisdom (truth) are in balance through both speaking and listening. It is also the place from which vibration in the form of humming, singing and speaking is made and felt in the body. Being connected to the mouth where there are many glands for environmental protection, the throat chakra is also important for healing. Healing of the body, emotions, past, and letting go through sound, crying out & breath.
