Use this protocol to prepare your credit report for a home loan mortgage.

1. Get a copy of your credit report
2. Correct all personal information
3. Remove all collections
4. Remove all hard inquiries you got denied for
5. Remove all closed charge offs
6. Pay off all credit cards to zero
7. Pay off car loan if possible
8. Remove late payments if you have 2 or 3
