Can I beat Area 3 of Operation C but I can't stop Jumping?

I've beaten Contra and Super C with non stop jumping so now I'll move on to a lesser known game Operation C which is the Gameboy color edition of Contra. Can I beat Operation C but I can't stop Jumping?
