White House Live Cam Anomaly

This anomaly I've been studying for 74 nights whatever it is seems to be spending counterclockwise Direction, the green blob seems to be able to materialize from nothing to something some nights it's there some nights it's not. Of determined it's not a lens flare not a camera glitch because clouds don't sit still for 74 nights clouds don't spend in counterclockwise directions and same spot for $74 nights and clouds can definitely hide these anomalies as they float by.
