Climbing to 405 for reps on squats
You ever have those days where you are just mentally and physically dialed in? That was yesterday for me.
Feelin’ myself and even did 405 for reps.
I want more depth on the 405 and will get there. It’s more mental and felt great to squat heavier weight. I could have done more but I’ll stay here until I get the depth where it needs to be. Really excited to be falling into a groove and living without any pain anywhere!
Finished off with leg press, hip thrusts and a few minutes of lunges. It was an amazing leg day!
