Recently, the U.K.'s defense ministry issued an alert about 30 retired British Royal Air Force pilots being headhunted with large sums of money by the Chinese. This warning and the arrest of a former Marine Corps pilot revealed one weakness of the CCP's People Liberations Army: The lack of proper training for the Chinese military and the talent drought.
