210 - How bad does it need to get, before you are willing to change?

My name is Adam. In the fitness industry over 11 years.
CEO of an online business, that helps woman look their best!!

Turning 36 had me reflecting on life & the journey along the way.
Where I was a year ago, or 2 ago, compared to 5-10 years ago etc..
And here are the consequences of that reflection.. A year of BURPEES!!

My goal is to start with 100 & add 1 every single day. Ending with 465 after a year.
100 every day would’ve been way too boring (for those who know long challenges)!
