Hope this helps or informs someone. These Gifts aren't that great considering a wipe right around the corner and it'll take quite a few to accumulate any substantial funds. They do respawn pretty quickly so you may be able to make a small profit. I heard you can sell them after the event, but with a wipe I don't see the point trying till we reset.

The important thing here is RSI Luminalia webpage where we have 12 in game items being gifted by CIG on their website. These items will be linked to your account and won't be lost.
