Pearls Foot started to swell alot and the #cast was squeezing her foot pretty bad so they came in and put spacers in to release the pressure . It really helped

Pearl had foot reconstruction foot surgery to fix her left foot . It was starting turn to the outside from her weaker muscles due to her myotonic dystrophy. So lots of bone cuts (Osteotomy) and 2 screws and a one pin and 2 tendons and muscles relocated. Hopefully this makes her foot flat again and easier for her to walk.
