Old fashioned scalloped potatoes and pork chops #threeriverschallenge

sliced potatoes
diced onions
pork chops or any cut of meat you choose
flour salt pepper
milk
spray pan one layer of potatoes onions and sprinkle flour salt and pepper repeat as many times as you can
put milk 1/2 or better on top of potatoes
brown pork chops add to the top
cover with aluminum foil uncover for last 30 minutes
