Stop The Triggers | Self Development
I thought there was something wrong with me in regards to why I was getting sad, angry or reacting to different situations, placed, people or things. Now that I know better and able to put a word to it I am better able to understand myself and my reactions. With being armed with that I can better plan for or avoid triggers that may come my way.
