Cancer Cures- a Reply to Stefan Molyneux

The popular YouTube philosopher Stefan Molyneux of Freedomain Radio recently brought up the subject of suppressed cancer cures with a call-in-guest, see: https://soundcloud.com/stefan-molyneux/fdr-3603-ded-end-call-in-show-february-22nd-2017#t=47:00. He believes such a cover-up is not possible. Is he correct to dismiss the idea?
