Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Rocky Road review

Another flavor whey from ON. Today I am talking about the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Rocky Road flavored protein powder. It’s an interesting flavour because it is based off of ice cream and contains a flavour similar to that due to its way nature coming from dairy rocky road is milk chocolate with marshmallows and different ingredients sometimes containing things like pecans or other nuts but Rockyroad is an interesting flavour that comes from Australia and the UK. This flavour is pretty decent and like most of the other optimum, nutrition, gold, standard whey protein flavours it is a mild flavor.
