WPS Inspector Elton Hall tells media Gun Control Bill C-21 doesn't address crime guns.

During a press conference regarding a 3D printed firearms arrest last July, before the sweeping gun ban amendment was added to controversial gun control bill C-21, Inspector Elton Hall of the Winnipeg Police Service told media that Bill C-21 didn't address crime guns, when asked about it's efficacy on public safety.

From the very beginning... The Liberals gun control bill C-21, never actually addressed crime guns.
