Deputy being instructed by Criminal Attorney, Marshall Issacs, to reject Credit Bid of the ORIGINAL LENDER who did not endorse note, nor assign mortgage. Fidelity Land Title will then use the TWO fraudulent mortgage assignments recorded on the property. (Mail and Wire Fraud) to deny the Original Lender, the Insured, their title claim, FNF Claim #524717, AT THE SAME TIME that they issue a new owner's policy on behalf of purchaser, "Robert Cuyler Weber" in another state (Ohio).
