I am standing for the Truth, Integrity & Justice to safeguard humanity & Public without any fear

My fellow citizen of U.K. & the World , I am speaking with you with all truth & honesty to expose huge injustice ,discrimination , victimisation & racial abuse committed against me & my family by the Medical establishment ,General Medical Council ,NHS & Trust for holding an opinion of Corona pandemic in early 2020 .
On the emergence of novel corona virus in early 2020 ,the unprecedented lockdown resulted closure of all the borders of the countries which created serious confusion among the public in the entire world resulting economical crisis, shutting down of all the businesses , serious damage to education , , Health Care system with clear violation of human rights , civil liberties and medical ethics . Millions of patients died untreated in the last 3 years , 10 million are on the waiting lists.
Being a qualified , skilled ,experienced and senior doctor with 35 years of experience with critical thinking & research oriented mind ,I looked the entire scenario of Covid differently and held an opinion of the novel corona virus pandemic & voiced to support public lives during the time of confusion, darkness ,uncertainty & wilderness and expressed my concerns in couple of my videos released over the social media in March 2020.Show more

I was targeted by NMGH Trust where I was working as a Consultant Genetal& Colorectal Surgeon with sudden unlawful dismissal on 22/4/2020 without any notification ,charge sheet or disciplinary action followed by suspension order by the General Medical Council on 1/6/2020 for 12 months in a brief online hearing over the Skype with further extension of my suspension order by the GMC for another 12 months and then I was suspended for further 6 months by biased and prejudice decision made by the MPTS in June 2022 during 3 weeks hearing to shut me down in order to spread wide message to the medical community.
After my first suspension GMC walked into my previous trusts where I had worked in last 3 years to collect any information related to any clinical issue and tried to implicate me in a mental health issue to reinforce their false fabricated media related case but they miserably failed to prove or establish any such issue during the MPTS court hearing without any witness.
I had no clinical or patients related issues, misconduct , ethical ,health or social issue to justify such a cruel , biased , unjustified and unfair treatment which has been discriminatory and racially motivated .
I neither lied, or committed any crime to community in expressing my viewpoints, nor misconducted , spread misinformation or damage to my profession. I simply had my viewpoints of corona pandemic, against unprecedented lockdown and it’s far reaching effects on the public at the time of wilderness darkness & confusion and predicted proposed vaccination agenda in future as an end point after lockdown.

It’s our politicians ,medical establishment, NHS,Medical Regulator & the Trusts who had lied to you and are still lying one after the other not to provide you the true information and full support during current health crisis & loss of economy .
I have seen misery of the patients waiting in the hospitals with minimum of 12-24 hours to see a doctor ,wait time to see a specialist is over 12-24 months , Face to Face appointment with GP is impossible, patients are pushed to go privately ,65% who could afford have already gone privately for their treatment but not everyone could afford ( BMJ+ Lancet) .
I have knocked the doors of the High Court for the justice against unsolicited, prolong & ongoing injustice and cruelty by the NHS ,GMC & the Trust which damaged my reputation , career , job and income for the last 3 years & has damaged to my family with a wife & 3 children who have been severely traumatised mentally & physically due to loss of my job & livelihood as a result of prolonged suspension.

My court hearing is fixed on 15/2/2023 in London which is being contested by my barrister Francis Hoar & PJH law Mr Phillip Hyland and I would like to request you all including world media to join us on the day of the court hearing for the justice by the honourable High Court which I trust fully.
