Stoltenberg: 'We shouldn't underestimate Russia'

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on Tuesday (January 10) said Russia was mobilizing more troops for the war in Ukraine. Speaking at a news conference with EU leaders Ursula von der Leyen and Charles Michel after signing a joint declaration on EU-NATO cooperation, Stoltenberg called on members of the military alliance and the EU to be "prepared for the long haul".
