We show you what is entailed during a sound bath healing session and show you how to facilitate a sound bath therapy session. A sound bath is where the client or a group of people take part in a sound healing session which is dedicated to the use of different sound healing instruments. These instruments can include the playing of one gong or more gongs of various sizes which is called a 'GONG BATH'.

The person or group of people can sit or sometimes lie on mats and allow the harmonious sounds from the gongs or other sound instruments to envelope and surround their bodies with vibrational healing sounds.
This is where the name 'gong bath' originated.
