Don't Set Business Resolutions, Set Contingency Plans

This is my first video for my new local business channel. With the start of the year I wanted to focus on business resolutions. However the problem with resolutions is that they are often treated as destinations and not journeys. Goals are not something you do everyday not something you reach at the end of the year. However even more than that. People only see a single pathway to their goal. That would only be possible if life had no obstacles. You will face obstacles in trying to reach your goal and you have to adapt in order to be able to maneuver around them. So, in other words, your goals have to have alternate contingency plans.
