housing should not be an investment
Houses should be homes.
You should not be looking to make money off of property, either as the home owner or a landlord. It is not the tenants responsibility to make you money. Honestly this goes for all capitalism. all money should be reinvested to make things better for everyone. Not hoarded for your personal selfish gain.
