Im excited to inform you that the LASP 10th Classical Guitar Festival & Youth Competition is going live again this year. Through the online format we were able to serve students as far away as Cuba, Puerto Rico and France. However, the personal touch of being face to face with a master teacher or playing your competition piece for a panel of judges in person is an experience that cannot be replaced.

The festival will once again take place all on the same day: Saturday, February 4th, 2023, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This year we will feature: Master classes with 4 wonderful performers; a Flamenco workshop that will include a performance experience in that genre; a guitar technique workshop, the competition and the grand finale concert featuring Armenian-American guitarist, Gohar Vardanyan and Puerto Rican guitarist, Leonela Alejandro.

We hope that all eligible students who can travel to Milwaukee will participate in the 2023 LASP Festival Youth Competition.
