Mystery Solved: Cloud Seeding Can Produce Snow
I had known about the weather modification to cause rain and storms, hurricanes, etc, but I had no idea that they were capable of creating snow I should have known better.
I believe they are causing early frosts to kill crops and make them produce less the next season. They are messing with things they shouldn't be.
If they have the capabilities of causing rain how come they are not using it in places that are in drought like California and Texas?
The erratic weather is not natural how is it bellow freezing one week and 60 degrees the next.
The snow does not melt it dissipates, it also burns and takes forever to melt.
I'm guessing the same compounds are in it as the rain. I'd love to test a sample.
If anyone else is or has experienced this, Please leave it in the comments.

cloud seeding applications mainly involve silver iodide
( AgI ) , where ice nucleation occurs selectively at specific locations , such as defect sites and lattice mismatches .
It was
found that defect sites are favorable locations for ice nucleation rather than perfect faces of Agi crystals .
Moreover , the
structures of some of the most efficient ice nucleating substances closely match the ice hexagonal lattice .
How
ever , despite its good ice nucleating ability , Agl requires much lower temperature ( -25 ° C. ) to exhibit good ice
nucleating ability ,
in addition , it is associated with controversial environmental risk
Use of chemicals such as silver iodide pose an ecological threat and harm to public health as silver iodide
can cause temporary incapacitation or possible residual
injury to humans and mammals with intense or chronic
exposure .
Current silver iodide micro particles used in cloud
seeding have raised concerns over its toxicity in different
environments ;
particularly aquatic environments .
Utah has been cloud seeding since the early 1950s to help augment the state’s water supply.
The Cloud Seeding Act of 1973 gave authority to the Utah Division of Water Resources to oversee state cloud seeding projects.
Ground-based seeders shoot silver iodide into winter clouds where it helps form ice crystals.
The seeders are placed along foothills and higher elevations where the release of the cloud seeds is timed so that air currents carry them high into the cloud.

What is Cloud Seeding?
Clouds are made up of tiny water droplets or ice crystals that form when water vapor in the atmosphere cools and condenses around a tiny particle of dust or salt floating in the atmosphere.
Without these particles, known as condensation or ice nuclei, raindrops or snowflakes cannot form and precipitation will not occur.
Cloud seeding is a weather modification technique that improves a cloud’s ability to produce rain or snow by introducing tiny ice nuclei into certain types of subfreezing clouds.
These nuclei provide a base for snowflakes to form. After cloud seeding takes place, the newly formed snowflakes quickly grow and fall from the clouds back to the surface of the Earth, increasing snowpack and streamflow.
