LIVE: Brunson decision from the Supreme Court and we are outside

The Brunson case, 22-380 is something many of you have been following closely and on Monday January 9 the Supreme Court will issue the order list where they will announce whether the case will come up for a full, formal review or whether it will be rejected and the lower court's decision allowed to stand.
