Fabricating a tractor bucket wire unroller for 2" reciever using clamp on bucket hitch

Need a wire stretcher, wire unroller but they are $600 plus so I decided to fabricate one using a bucket clam-on 2” receiver and 2” square with a flange, 3/4” black iron pipe and a 14” round metal platform.. Well under $100 to make.
