Build better habits one day at a time to improve your success

“How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.”

You can tell a fat kid to just “stop eating sugar” or tell a video gamer “stop playing video games”. But that’s not very practical advice.

One proven method to becoming more productive and successful is by simply introducing one or two good habits into your life slowly, one step at a time. Then, you will find not enough time in the day to do the bad habits.

This happened with me when I quit pr0n and video games. I didn’t just stop doing them altogether. I had to force myself to find better things to do instead. Then naturally I didn’t have enough time in the day to do the bad things.
