China's border reopening is a trickle - for now

The end of China's strict coronavirus border controls has halted a system that largely prevented its citizens from traveling abroad for three years. But as of Monday flights are scarce, and several countries are still imposing mandatory negative COVID tests for inbound Chinese travelers. Matthew Larotonda reports.
