Hi my Simple Delights and my Daisies! I’ve started, yet laughing out lol, a new playlist: Tummy Tuesday ASMR. I’m gonna show my belly more and show how belly dancing really helps me get some exercise and is a stress reliever. I’m really enjoying it too and I was encouraged and inspired to make this playlist by none other than @OndarianASMR, my online and virtual brother. Enjoy and God bless!!

ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body. Also known as "brain massage," it's triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles. https://www.thinkwithgoogle.com/consumer-insights/consumer-trends/asmr-videos-youtube-trend/

ASMR is the term for the sensation people get when they watch stimulating videos or take part in other activities — usually ones that involve personal attention. Many people describe the feeling as “tingles” that run through the back of someone’s head and spine. Others say the feeling is deeply relaxing, and can even cause them to fall asleep. https://www.vox.com/2015/7/15/8965393/asmr-video-youtube-autonomous-sensory-meridian-response

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response,[2][3][4] is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia,[5] it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia[6][7] and may overlap with frisson.[8] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASMR
