Ingredients for making cherry syrup

600 grams of cherries

Clean the cherries

Grab the cherry kernels

Add 500 grams of sugar to the cherries

Refrigerate the cherries for 12 hours

Pour half a glass of water with the rest of the sugar into the bowl

Boil for an hour on low heat

Remove the foam from the cherries

Combine half a teaspoon of citric acid with a little water

Add citric acid to the syrup

Pass the ingredients through a strainer

The cherry syrup is ready
