“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are letting ourselves off the hook for not being as evolved spiritually as we are in this moment. We know that we have come a long way from where we once were, spiritually, and we can look back at our progress and feel very good about having moved so far from our less-evolved state. But we also have the option of choosing to feel bad about not being as evolved as we are now when we were in physical form, when we were in lower dimensions, and you have the option of doing that to yourselves as well.
You must decide to look at who you are now and feel good about having come so far, rather than feeling ashamed of who you once were or what you may have done in the past, and this also goes back to your past lives. No one has been a saint in all of their past lives, and that is as it needs to be for a soul to grow. You must be able to forgive yourselves for what you have done and who you have been, and that also makes it easier for you to forgive others for who they are now and what they are doing.
Having lived a diverse set of past lives gives you so much more access to compassion, to experiences, to emotions, things you couldn’t possibly all experience in one lifetime. That is why you all have such a diverse set of past lives to build from. That is why it is possible for you to become your higher selves in a single lifetime. You are drawing from all of those previous experiences, all of those past life aspects of you. They all contribute to who you are right now, and that’s a good thing, even if you haven’t always been a good person in each and every one of your past lives, or in each and every moment in this lifetime.
We invite you to choose the path that serves you more, always, and that path is to let go of your attachments to who you once were and what you have done, and take the growth from those experiences. Take it all because it’s all meant to help you, and take pride in having evolved, in having come so far from where you once were. Everything you experience is by choice, even those lifetimes where you have done terrible things. Your soul wanted to have those experiences, and your soul knows better than your judgmental ego. When you can let go of self-judgment, you can let go of your judgments of others, which is very liberating, and will take you to higher and higher levels of consciousness.
Trust us, because we have been where you are, and we know the easiest path to get to where you are going. It is the path of letting go, forgiving, and having compassion for yourselves and others.
