Exped Widget Pump Review | Lamp + Pump +Power Bank - Does it Work?

In this video we take a look at the functionality and performance of the Exped Widget pump. The beauty of this little device is that it also functions as a power bank and lamp for your tent.

The Exped Widget is a nice lightweight sleeping pad inflator that can be used for car camping as well as backpacking as it comes in at just 6oz. Given that the Exped Widget Pump works triple duty, it's something I'm more than willing to take into the backcoutnry. Now, most of our ultralight sleeping pads come with some kind of pump sack to help inflate your mat, but if you take the Exped Widget, you can leave that pump sack to save a couple ounces. Since the Widget weighs less than a lot of the power banks out there (granted, it's only good for about 2 charges), it is the perfect weekend trip companion.
