Good Guy With a Piece Stops a Robbery in Houston Diner! Is it Self-Defense or Murder?

In the late hours of January 5th, a young man dressed in black decided to rob the wrong Mexican restaurant. Wielding what would later be discovered to be a simple BB gun, he committed armed robbery until one kindly patron reminded him this restaurant was in Houston, Texas and that if you decided to MESS around, you are going to find out. Eight shots later, everyone got their stuff back and the local hero rode off into the sunset.

Police are still looking for the Good guy with a gun, but will he face charges? It's Texas, so likely not. But this is Harris County, so possibly. Everything points to a pass, but here are the facts!
