Good Guy With a Piece Stops a Robbery in Houston Diner! Is it Self-Defense or Murder?

In the late hours of January 5th, a young man dressed in black decided to rob the wrong Mexican restaurant. Wielding what would later be discovered to be a simple BB gun, he committed armed robbery until one kindly patron reminded him this restaurant was in Houston, Texas and that if you decided to MESS around, you are going to find out.
