The Intex Challenger Kayak is a very popular choice from Amazon for beginner kayakers, two of the main reasons being its cheap price, and the fact that it's inflatable, which helps with portability and storage. In this review I go over the pros and cons of this inflatable kayak, and go over a few tips and notes I noticed while testing the kayak. Overall I would say the Intex Challenger Kayak (K1) is a good fit for casual kayakers who may just be getting into the sport, or more experienced paddlers who are looking for an extra kayak.
