How to set up multiple monitors in windows 10 + 11

This is long video to help people match up different resolution monitors . I go into detail on how to do this in a nice simple easy to follow way . for instance in this video i screen match 3 different monitors a 1080p , 1440p and 4K TV into a more usable multiple screen by the use of upscale and downscale to a average 1440p .
